Ingredients
1. Pork ribs / Pork bones- 250g
2. Watercress - 200g
3. Red dates - 6-8
4. Water - 1.3L
5. Goji berries - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt to taste
Preparation / Cooking Instruction
1. Watercress - trimmed ends, roughly cut
2. Blanch pork ribs/ pork bones in a pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water and remove impurities.
3. Put pork ribs, watercress, red dates, water into a soup pot
4. Bring it to boil and let it simmer for at least 40 minutes. Add goji berries 5 minutes before turning of the heat.
5. Taste the soup, add salt if desired.
Best served upon cooking.
Storage
Can be kept in chiller temperature of 3 to 5 degrees C for 3 days
