Ingredients (A)
1. Egg tofu, 2 tubes
2. Minced pork, 100g
3. Minced/chopped prawn meat, 50g
4. Salted egg yolk (from 1 egg)
5. Hua Tiao wine, 1 teaspoon
6. Pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
7. Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
8. Chicken stock powder, 1/4 teaspoon
9. Sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon
10. Corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon
Ingredients (B)
1. Corn starch, 1 teaspoon
2. Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
3. Chicken stock powder, 1/4 teaspoon
4. Sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon
5. Cooking oil, 1 teaspoon
6. Water, 50ml or more
Ingredients (C)
1. Frozen ebiko
2. Spring onions, chopped
Preparation Instructions (A)
1. Cut the 2 tubes of tofu into 8 rolls. Use a small teaspoon to make a well on top of every piece of tofu.
2. Place prawn meat and minced pork in a big bowl
3. Add in egg yolk and the rest of the ingredients. Use a spoon to mix all ingredients to paste like texture.
4. Use a teaspoon to scoop some of the meat mixture on each tofu roll.
Cooking Instructions (A)
1. Steam the tofu rolls for about 15 minutes.
Cooking Instructions (B)
1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients in (B) over medium heat.
2. Bring to a boil and pour over the tofu rolls
Garnish with frozen ebiko and spring onions. Serve while hot.
