How To Use :
Use 40g of Smokey Pepper Rub for 1 kg of meat or seafood.
Sprinkle some oil, then rub the seasoning onto the meat/seafood evenly.
Using a ziploc bag or clingwrap, place marinated meat in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before grill.
For better flavour, allow it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
For seafood marinate for 2 – 4 hours.
