Perfect for quick stir fries which can include beef fried rice, stir fried beef with ginger and broccoli, beef kway teow or even as filling for Taco nights. Pro-tip: marinate with some light soy sauce, corn flour and a touch of vegetable oil for at least half hour (longer if you can) for the most tender stir fries.
