A hassle-free chicken taco meal with a creamy and refreshing lemon yogurt sauce.

Ingredients
1. Shredded Lettuce - 220g-240g
2. Tomato - 1 whole
3. Green Bell Pepper - 1 whole
4. Lemon - 1 whole
5. Plain Greek Yogurt - 200ml
6. Pita Wraps - 4 pcs
7. Chicken Breast - 240g
8. White Pepper - to taste
9. Salt - to taste
10. Ginger Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
11. Anthony The Spice Maker's Oriental Treasure Rub - 1/2 teaspoon
12. Mint Leaves - 5-6 leaves, chopped
13. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Preparation Instructions
1. Dice the tomato and green bell pepper
2. Dice or slice the chicken breast into pieces
3. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, ginger powder, and Oriental Treasure Rub
4. Leave the marinated chicken in the fridge/chiller for at least 30 minutes.
5. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and mix with salt, pepper, greek yogurt, and mint leaves
Cooking Instructions
1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and stir fry the chicken pieces
2. Once cooked, set aside to cool
3. After the chicken has cooled, mix together with the lemon yogurt sauce
4. Toast the wraps on a pan until slightly brown on both sides
5. Assemble your wraps with the chicken, lettuce, and diced vegetables. Fold and serve.
Storage
Chicken mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days
