PACKING

● Vegetables are packed in clear plastic bags.
● Fruits are packed in plastic bags.
● Meat & Seafood will be vacuum packed and placed in an insulated chilled bag with an ice gel pack to ensure freshness and temperature. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

‬● Local delivery is available for orders that are $20 and above.
● All orders placed at www.kidslovr.com will be shipped out on the stipulated delivery date made during check out.
● Orders made before 3pm are able to opt for next day delivery. (Affected during COVID-19)

● Free delivery for orders above $60 (exclude Sentosa)
● Delivery to Sentosa: $21
● Free delivery to Sentosa for orders above $90

SELF COLLECTION

● Self collection is available for all orders.
● Self collection is available from Monday to Friday 5-8pm.
● Orders made before 3pm are able to opt for next day delivery. (Affected during COVID-19)
● Self collection is located at our office: 16 Shaw Road #04-12 Singapore 367954
● Customers who opt for self collection can come to our office to collect your order on the stipulated date made during check out.
● Kidslovr will keep orders for 1 extra day for customers who have missed their collection date. Any orders that are kept more than 1 day will be disposed due to freshness of the goods.

RETURNS

● We apologise that purchased goods are not allowed for returns due to hygiene and quality of freshness.
