Ingredients
1. French beans - 300g
2. Minced pork - 220g
3. Red onion - 1/2
4. Oil - 2.5 tablespoon
5. Garlic clove - 2
6. Ginger - 20g
7. Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
8. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
9. Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Preparation / Cooking Instruction
1. French beans - rinse, trimmed ends and chop into 1.5 inch pieces.
2. Make sauce - add Shaoxing wine, sugar, dark soy sauce into a bowl.
3. Garlic cloves, red onions, ginger - peeled and chopped into small bits.
4. Add oil in hot pan, add french beans and spread them out and leave it for 2 minutes stirring them occasionally. Cook until beans are charred and tender crisp. Remove them and put them aside.
5. Add oil in hot pan, add chopped garlic, onion, ginger and fry until fragrant, before turning brown.
6. Turn the heat up and add minced pork, breaking the pork up as you stir fry. Cook for 1.5 minutes, then add sauce. Cook for 30 seconds and add beans and stir for another 30 seconds. Turn off heat.
Best served upon cooking.
Storage
Can be kept in chiller temperature of 3 to 5 degrees C for 3 days
