A simple and easy to make salsa recipe that goes perfect with chips and tortillas for a Mexican inspired family night in.
Serving Size: 2 Adults & 2 Children
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1. Fresh Coriander - 50g
2. Tomato - 200g
3. Fresh Pineapple - 200g
4. Fresh Pineapple Juice - 50ml
5. Orange - 1 whole
6. Lemon - 2 whole (or according to your taste)
7. Honey - 2 1/2 tablespoon
8. Red Onion - 1/2 small (optional)
Preparation Instruction
1. Remove tomato and pineapple core.
2. Dice tomato, pineapple, orange, and red onion
3. Juice the lemons
4. Finely chop fresh coriander
5. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well
6. Add a pinch of salt to taste
Suggestion
Spice up the salsa by adding tabasco sauce or finely chopped red chilli (seedless)
Storage
Best kept in the fridge for up to 5 days
