Toying out with Avocado lately, i thought of this creamy avocado recipe quinoa for children age 1 to 3 years old.
Ingredients
1. Quinoa -100g OR Cauliflower Grain
2. Ripe Avocado- 1/2
3. Cooking Cream or Milk-.200ml
4. Salt - light pinch
5. Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation / Cooking Instruction
1a. Boil Quinoa till soft for child.
1b. Grate cauliflower till rice form and boil till soft (leave stem out)
2. Mashed avocado.
3. Boil mashed avocado, cooking cream or milk , light salt and cinnamon together . Bring to boil and mix quinoa into it and serve
Best served upon cooking.
